Regularization of Contract Lecturers working in Government Polytechnics in Telangana State. Government of Telangana State Decided regularize the services of Technical Education Contract Lecturers working in Government Polytechnics in Telangana State. Hence invited the essential documents for deciding the eligibility for regularization of the services of the Contract Lecturers working in the Government Polytechnics.

Regularization of Contract Lecturers working in TS Govt Polytechnics
The attention of the Principals is invited to the subject cited, and they are informed that on examining the Checklists along with enclosures furnished previously by the Principals of respective Government Polytechnics in respect of the contract lecturers working in their institutions for regularization, certain deficiencies are found and the Government has informed that the following documents are essential for deciding the eligibility for regularization of the services of the Contract Lecturers working in the Government Polytechnics:

Essential Documents to decide the eligibility for regularization
1. Initial appointment order of the Contract Lecturer Concerned
2. Order showing the proof that they are working as on 02-06-2014
3. Continuation order for the years 2014-15 & 2015-16
4. Basic Qualification Certificates
5. Local Status Certificate to decide the Local / Non-Local Status.

All the above documents shall be attested by Gazetted officer and the attestation of all the above documents is the responsibility of the Contract Lecturer concerned.

In the circumstances, the Principals of all the Government Polytechnics in the State are hereby directed to obtain the above attested documents from the contract lecturers who have worked in their institutions during 2015 – 16. All the above attested documents, shall be duly verified by the Principals and in complete shape as mentioned above shall be submitted to
The Office of the Director of Technical Education,
2nd Floor, Vidya Bhavan, Nampally, Telangana, Hyderabad – 500001
in sealed cover through special messenger (regular staff member) addressed to
Sri K.Srinivas, Assistant Director (NT),0/0 DTE, TS, Hyderabad
positively by 23-06-2016 by 05.00 PM.

The Principals are hereby further informed that they will be personally held responsible for not sending the required documents in complete shape & in time and as a result ,the contract lecturers concerned will not be considered for regularization.

Last date for submission of attested essential documents from the contract lecturers :23-06-2016 by 05.00 PM.
