Subject: SCERT, Telangana, Hyderabad -Implementation INSPIRE Award Scheme – Schedule of District level Exhibition and Project Competitions – Reg.
Reference: D.O.No. 12011/72/2016-INSPIRE, Dt. 03-6-2016 issued by the Joint Secretary to Govt. of India, Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference cited above, the Joint Secretary has informed that 6th National Level Exhibition and Project Competitions of the awardees selected from SLEPCs conducted by states will be held during October 2016 and SLEPC to be conducted latest by 30th September 2016.

As per the norms of DST one DLEPC to be organized for a group of 250 to 500 awardees. Therefore the following district may clubbed to conduct of DLEPCs.

In this connection all the District Nodal Officers in the state are requested to follow the schedule of activities for smooth conduct of District level Exhibition and Project Competitions.
 
The details of the schedule are:
Action plan of organization  of district level INSPIRE exhibition:
 
1 Constitution of District Level committees @ 15 Teachers

2 Identification of Mentoring Institutions / Persons and Tagging of Mentors / Mentor Institutes to schools and consultation process between Mentors, mentor teachers and students From to till conduct of district level exhibition. District
3 Orientation to all the awardees and guide teachers   Divisional

Therefore they are requested to complete the DLEPCs on or before 2nd week of September as per the guidelines enclosed and submit the action taken report to this office from time to time.
