2) Original Bonafide Certificate.
3) Original Transfer Certificate / Record sheet of previous class.
4) Original Caste Certificate issued in 2023 by the Tahsildar.
5) Original Income Certificate issued on or after 01-04-2023 by the Tahsildar.
6) Original Physical fitness Certificate issued by not less than the Rank of Asst.Civil Surgeon.
7) AADHAR Card Xerox.
8) Ration Card Xerox.
9) Recent 03 Passport size Photos.
