Educational Qualifications:
1. Zilla Sainik welfare officer in A.P. Sainik Welfare Services,
a) No Ex-Servicemen who retired below the rank of Captain or equivalent  rank  in  the  Army,  Navy  OR  Air  Force  shall  be eligible.
b)  Must  possess  the  minimum  general  educational qualifications prescribed in the schedule to the general rules or equivalent qualification of Indian Army, Navy or Air force.
NB:- Discharged certificates from the Army/Navy/Air Force as the case may be, should be furnished at the appropriate time.

a) Intermediate or equivalent
b) He/she is able to read, write and speak Telugu language.
(Only Ex-Servicemen, Widows and their dependents belonging to the district are eligible)

Age limit: 
Candidates age limit should have between from 18 to 52 years for Zilla Sainik welfare officers
Candidates age limit should have between from 18 to 40 years for Welfare Organizers
