Commissioner of School Education Andhra Pradesh has released the AP TET notification 2024 invited online applications from the interested aspirants. A huge number of hopefuls desirous to become a school teacher in AP Government schools have applied for AP TET examination 2024. Candidates, those have applied for AP TET examination can now download AP TET Hall tickets to attend the test. Candidates can download and preserve the hall ticket to carry to the examination. Without showing the APTET Hall ticket at the examination center, the entry to the examination hall will be restricted. Hence the candidates can download AP TET hall ticket 2024 from the CSE AP Official website, cse.ap.gov.in.

AP TET 2024 Examination  Schedule

APTET 2024 will be conducted through Computer Based Test in Paper-I ((A) & (B)) & Paper-II ((A) & (B)). The candidate who intends to be teachers for classes I to V have to appear for Paper-I (A).The candidates intending to be teachers for classes VI to VIII and Language Pandits for VI-VIII have to appear for paper-II (A).

The candidate who intends to be teachers for classes I to V in Special Education have to appear for the examination under Paper I (B) and the candidates who intends to be teachers for classes from VI to VIII) in respect of Special Education have to appear for paper II(B. The candidates who intends to be teachers for all classes from I to VIII can appear for all papers, i.e. Paper-I (A) &(B), Paper-II (A) & (B), as per requisite qualifications

• DATE OF EXAMINATION : 15.03.2024 
• Morning session TIMING : 09.30 A.M.  to 12.00 Noon
• Afternoon session Timing: 02.30 P.M. to 5.00 P.M
• DURATION :2:30 Hours 

Pass Criteria in TET Paper- I (A&B), Paper-II (A) &(B):

APTET August-2024 Results will be declared after completion of examination. However the final result will be given after final key as per the schedule .

The criteria for considering pass in APTET are as follows:

Category Pass marks
i) General 60% Marks and above
ii) BC 50% Marks and above
iii) SC/ ST/ Differently abled
(PH) &Ex-servicemen
40% Marks and above
Note 1.Differently abled (visually, orthopedically and Hearing Impaired) candidates with at least 40% of shall be considered.

Structure, Content and Syllabus ofAPTET:

Both papers will be multiple choice whoever aspires to become a Teacher either for Classes I to V or for Classes VI to VIII and possesses the relevant requirements indicated above is obligated to appear in both Papers. This requirement applies to both the primary and secondary levels (Paper-I and Paper-II).

Each question will be a multiple-choice question, also known as an MCQ. There will be four possible answers, but only one of them will be accurate. One point will be awarded for every right answer. There will be no deductions for poor performance.
