Rc.No.02/E2 /2020 Dated: 01 -08-2020 by press note i.e.,It is hereby notified that the State Level National Talent Search (1st level) Examination (NTSE) for class X will be conducted on  -…..-.. 2022 (Sunday) from 09.30 AM to 11.30 AM for Paper -I and from 02.00 PM to 04.00 PM for Paper -II in Telugu, English, Urdu and Hindi medium at all the Headquarters of 13 Districts in the State. The students who are studying X Class during the current academic year i.e., 2021-22 in any recognized school in Andhra Pradesh including Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Samitis and schools affiliated to C.B.S.E & I.C.S.E New Delhi are only eligible to appear for the above said Examination.

 

NTSE Andhra Pradesh 2022 The registration process for NTSE 2021 examination has been started  on  bseap.org. DGE, Andhra Pradesh will conduct the NTSE Andhra Pradesh Stage 1 on .  Aspirants can apply for NTSE Exam in the online as well as offline mode. Students pursuing the class 10 are eligible for NTSE Andhra Pradesh Stage 1 examination. DGE, Andhra Pradesh will release a list of students for the final stage of NTSE as per the State quota on the basis of the performance of students in AP NTSE 2021.  NTSE Exam is a national level scholarship exam conducted in two stages. First Stage is a state-level exam conducted by DGE, Andhra Pradesh and stage 2 is a National Level exam conducted by NCERT. National Talent Search Examination 2020 is organized to seek talent in basic sciences dispersed throughout the country i.e. in all states and union territories. AP NTSE – State Level National Talent Search Exam 2021-2022 Exam Pattern  
The examination consists of
Mental Ability Test (MAT) Paper-I :  Morning Session for 100 marks,
Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) Paper-II :  Evening Session for 100 marks comprising Social Studies, Sciences and Mathematics.

Selection Process:
There will be two-stage selection process for award of scholarship to class X students of AP. For Stage I, selection will be done by the both states of AP through NTS first level examination November-2020. The Students of AP, who qualify Stage-I, will be eligible to appear for Stage-II examination, conducted by NCERT.

Eligibility:
The students who are studying X Class during the current academic year i.e., 2021-2022 in any recognized school in Andhra Pradesh, including Kendriya Vidyalayas and schools affiliated to I.C.S.E. and C.B.S.E., New Delhi are only eligible to appear for the above said Examination. The students who have selected for NMMS scholarships and studying X class now may also eligible for NTS Examination but such candidates have to forego the further NMMS scholarships, if he/she are selected in NTS Examination.

Scholarships:
On the basis of the National Talent Search Examination, 1000 scholarships will be awarded. The amount of scholarship will be Rs. 500/ month

Examination fee & Submission of application
The Examination fee is Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per candidate.
The examination fee has to be paid through AP CFMS which was generated after submission of online application. 
Information can be obtained from the concerned District Educational Officer or from the under signed.
Applications should be uploaded in the website www.bseap.org and printed application forms should be submitted in DEO’s office of the District  concerned only. For any further details in this regard the concerned District Educational Officer or Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada may be contacted.

b) Payment may be made from 30-10-2021
c) Last date for Upload the candidate’s application by the concerned Head Master 15-12-2021
d) Last date for payment of fee 16-12-2021
e) Last date for submission of printed Nominal Rolls  along with other enclosures in the O/o. The District Educational Office concerned by the School (HMs/Principals/Correspondent) 18-12-2021

How to fill NTSE AP Stage 1 Application form?
 
  • Students can get the NTSE AP Application form from the respective school or download it from the official website by following the steps given below:

     

  • Click the above link or visit the official website of DGE, Andhra Pradesh i.e .  https://www.bse.ap.gov.in/NTSE.aspx

     

  • Download the application form and take a printout of the same.

     

  • Fill required information such as Name, Address, Contact information, School Details, and more.

     

  • Necessary documents including the photograph, Income certificate, caste certificate need to be attached and then the form must be attested by the head of the institution/ school.

     

  • Submit the form to the head of the institution or state liaison officer

Documents for NTSE Registration
Photographs – Attach two latest passport size photographs. Attached Photographs must be attested by the School Principal/ Gazetted officer.

Certificates

For SC, ST category – One must attach an attested copy of their caste/ category certificates.

For OBC Category – Check the category to which candidate belongs in the central OBC list by National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC).

For Physically Challenged – Aspirants who are applying under physical disability (BLV, DH, LD, AID, MD) must attach a copy of their disability certificates issued by recognized medical institutes.
