 APtwreis Gurukulam Inter 1st year Admissions 2021 in AP Tribal Welfare APTWR Junior Colleges   AP Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society(APTWREIS) has issued the APTW GURUKULAM Inter Admissions 2021 notification in May 2021 and APTWREIS invites application forms from the eligible SSC passed Boys and Girls for admissions into Junior Intermediate into APTWR Institutions in the State for the academic year 2021-2022. The following are the instructions to apply for admissions.

Gurukulam has issued admission notification for inviting online applications for admission into 1st year Intermediate for the academic year 2021-2022. The following guidelines are issued with regard to admissions into 1st year intermediate for the academic year 2021-2022 in (33) Gurukulam Jr. Colleges and Upgraded Junior Colleges.

Courses: 
Admissions shall be made into 1st year Intermediate in MPC, BPC CEC, HEC & MEC in the existing General groups and A&T and CGA Vocational groups only.
Inter MPC, BPC, MEC, CEC and HEC Groups

No.of Colleges are available for girls and boys: 33

Important Dates for APTWREIS Inter 1st year admissions:
a). Submission of applications are through online in “ www.janabhumi.ap.gov.in (or) www.aptwgurukulam.ap.gov.in
b). Last date for submission of applications is….-2021.
c). The list of selected students will be placed in the website.(as per their options and merit)
d). Intermediate 1st year classes for selected students will commence from …….-2021.

Eligibility:
1. All the ST students (Boys & Girls) who is appearing 10th class June 2021 in TW Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools and should have secured B2 grade(7 points) in aggregate and also secure B2 grade in English in SSC Public Examination 2021.
2. Students studying in Telugu / English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test.
3. The age of the students shall not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2021.
4. Parental Income should not exceed Rupees One Lakh per annum for College students
5. Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste, Income, Ration card SSID No, the Aadhar card. Marks Memo, Study, T.C; Physical fitness certificates, 06 Passport size photos ,etc., at the time of admission.
6. The students should produce Caste and Income certificates certified by the M.R.O.

RESERVATION OF SEATS:
a) Reservation of seats for other communities i.e., SC/BC/OC/AEQ in APTWR Jr.Colleges is as follows: The candidates who have got admission under the category of Agency Employee Quota (AEQ) and having parental annual income more than one lakh are not eligible for any kind of amenities. If they desires, diet will be provided on payment of actual amount of monthly per capita. However, they will be provided free accommodation.

If seats allotted to other categories i.e., SC, BC, OC and AEQ are found to be vacant they can be filled with available ST Students. Whereas seats allotted to STs can’t be filled with other candidates even if they are vacant.  3% of seats are reserved for Physically Handicapped Tribal Students in all
Gurukulam Institutions within the existing seats reserved for STs. If the Physically Handicapped Tribal Students are not available, these seats can be filled with other STs only.

(01) One seat is reserved for talented STs in Sports & Games in each group with valid certificate (National Level & State Level). If suitable student is not available then those seats will be filled with STs only.
OC, means, Open competition. Any student, who secured highest grade in SSC examination, is to be considered under Open competition.

b) Reservation of seats for PTGs in all APTWR Colleges:
i) Reservation of seats for Primitive Tribal Groups in all APTWR Colleges Except at APTWRJC (B) Chittedu (which is meant for Yanadi) is mentioned in the annexure II.
ii) Further out of the total seats reserved for PTGs, 50% are reserved for various groups within the PTG community as per population and 50% seats are kept open for all PTGs.
iii) In case the seats reserved for PTGs are vacant, they may be filled up with Gen. ST students.

c) Reservation of seats for Yanadis in APTWRJC(B), Chittedu (40+5=45),
In case of any seats reserved for Paki Yanadis are not filled up, they may be filled up by Challa Yanadis and if still they are not filled, the seats may be kept open for all other Yanadis.
d) District wise reservation of seats shown at Annexure-II

Unit of Admissions:
a) Concerned district is the unit of admission where Colleges are available.
b) In certain districts, there are no colleges. In this regard, @ 5 seats in each group (general groups only) will be available for ST Students of such districts in the colleges of attached districts.
c) In the case of RJC (B) Chittedu, only Yanadis from Nellore district are eligible
d) Regarding Yanadis in Prakasham, Guntur, Chittoor districts preference shall have to be given to the Yanadis in the colleges to which the districts attached.
e) In case of COE(PTG-B), Yerragondapalem, Prakasham Dist seat will be filled through SOE/COE entrance merit list. However the left over seats will be available for general admissions through online.

Annual Income of Parent:
The Annual Income of the parent shall not be more than the income prescribed for the eligibility to Post Matric Scholarship i.e. Rs.1,00,000/- p.a. as per Rc.No.G.O.Ms.No.140, TW (Edn.II) Dept., dt. 14.07.2008..

Selection Process: (Admission Criteria)
a) The basis for selection is the Grade point Average (GPA) obtained in SSC Examination-March-2021 or its equivalent. Option will be given to the student on Group & College basing on the merit in SSC. The Groups available in each College and the number of seats in each Group is placed
at Annexure-III.
b) In English medium RJCs, preference should be given to the students who have Studied SSC in English medium on order of merit of  GPA in SSC. The leftover seats shall be filled up by Telugu medium students as per merit.
c) In Telugu medium RJCs, admission should be given to the students who studied SSC in Telugu/English medium on order of merit of GPA in SSC.
d) The Date of Birth of the student (priority shall be given to the senior)

II) In the case of admission into Vocational groups(A&T and CGA): Only ST Students are eligible.

How to Apply:
Submission of Application Form: The applicant can submit his/her application through online mode only. So, Submission of applications are through online in “ www.janabhumi.ap.gov.in (or) www.aptwgurukulam.ap.gov.in. All the eligible ST students only shall apply online.
