Telangana launches DEET, a one-stop shop for job seekers In a first, Telangana launches exclusive mobile app for unemployed youth . To provide job opportunities to unemployed youth, the State government on Monday launched DEET (Digital Employment Exchange of Telangana) app for smartphone users. The app will serve as a common platform for unemployed as well as employers.The DEET is a one-stop shop for registration, passing through interviews, direct chat with companies, provision for receiving notifications, and job alerts, among others. Both the job seekers and job providers can register themselves onto the platform with minimal efforts. The platform provides opportunities for skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled, job migrants and fresh entrants to access and enter employment stream.

At present, the DEET platform has more than 45,000 vacancies in various companies across the State and the country. Interested persons can either download the Android app or log on to the website ‘http://tsdeet.com‘ for registration.

Principal Secretary for Industries and IT Jayesh Ranjan, Labour Commissioner AY Naik and other officials were present during the launch of the mobile app. Speaking on the occasion, Labour and Employment Minister Ch Malla Reddy said the DEET app was a novel initiative by the Telangana government to address the issue of unemployment in the State. “There is a growing demand for quality manpower in different industries. The DEET app will make the process of employment easier for both employees and employers by connecting them on a single platform,” he said.

యాప్‌ డౌన్‌లోడ్‌ చేసుకోవాల్సిన విధానం..
గూగుల్‌ ప్లేస్టోర్‌లో డీట్‌ (DEET) అని సెర్చ్‌ చేస్తే డిజిటల్‌ ఎంప్లాయ్‌మెంట్‌ ఎక్చేంజ్‌ ఆఫ్‌ తెలంగాణ అనే యాప్‌ కనపడుతోంది. దాన్నీ ఇన్‌స్టాల్‌ చేసుకుని వివరాలు నమోదు చేసుకున్న తర్వాత ఉద్యోగావకాశాలు కనపడతాయి. ఈ యాప్ ఇన్స్టాల్ చేసుకున్న వారికి ప్రైవేట్ కంపెనీలే ఉద్యోగల కోసం నోటిఫికేషన్స్ పంపిస్తారు.

Hyderabad: Now, getting a dream job is easier for aspiring educated youth in Telangana. The state government has launched India’s first of its kind Digital Employment Exchange of Telangana (DEET) app, run on Artificial Intelligence (AI). The app provides all job information, including that of private and state government, on single platform. The DEET app, which has the potential to change the very face of the employment industry soon in the country, will act as a network connecting the employers and the prospective job seekers.

The job providers and job seekers will have to register themselves onto the platform with minimal efforts and the platform provides the entire arena of skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled, unemployed, job migrants and fresh entrants to access the stream of employment. The employers from various industries like IT, retail, E-Commerce, consumer services, business services, advertising, telecommunications, consulting, entertainment, hospitals, manufacturing, insurance, banking and pharmaceutical sectors will offer jobs and appoint suitable workforce.

State IT and Industries Secretary Jayesh Ranjan said the DEET app is already displaying more than 40,000 vacancies from various companies across Telangana and also the country. He said it is a free application for everyone to download on Google Play store or register themselves via website ‘https://tsdeet.com’. State Labour and Employment Minister Ch Malla Reddy said the applicants will get regular job alerts in private and public sector, notification, recruitment drive and walk in interview details that happen in and around them. The app will show only those applications that are relevant to the employers once they post the requirements. This advanced screening will not only save the time but also ensure that the deserving applicant gets the job deserved in a short time.

“DEET has the potential to change the face of the employment industry. It connects employers to job seekers on a platform powered by Artificial Intelligence,” said Labour and Employment Minister Ch Malla Reddy, after launching the app. DEET is a free application that can be downloaded on Google Play Store. Youth can also register their names on https://tsdeet.com.

“With a single app, the State government intends to solve the unemployment crisis. DEET aims to give more opportunities to job seekers while broadening the horizons of employers by giving them ample options to choose from,” an official explained. Opportunities from various industries, such as, Information Technology, retail, e-commerce, consumer services, business services, advertising, telecommunications, consulting, entertainment, hospitals, manufacturing, insurance, banking, pharmaceuticals, real estate and others are available on the app.
How DEET works

Once the applicant enrols on the app, depending on their profile, qualifications, location and other parameters, they will get relevant results that match the requirements. The applicants will be alerted about job opportunities, notifications, recruitment drives, and walk-in interviews around them

Download Procedure to Register Online at TSDEET App :

1. First Log on to the website ‘http://tsdeet.com‘ for registration.
2. Download Telangana DEET App from Google play store.
3. Click on signup, and enter first name, Last name, Mail ID, Phone No, DOB, and Location.
4. Select Gender, Male/Female.
5. Set your own own password.
6. Then select the State.
7. Click on to create Account at Right side corner.
8. Code Verification will be sent to your Registered Mobile No.
9. After Submission of OTP, will be asked the details of Qualification.
10. Then submit the details as per your Qualifications.
