AP Medical Department Notification 2020  స్టాఫ్ నర్స్, ఫార్మసిస్ట్ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి గ్రీన్ సిగ్నల్ ఒకే నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా 9,700 ‘వైద్య’ పోస్టుల భర్తీ . AP Medical Department Notification 2020 : Green Signal to recruit 9700 Staff Nurse and Pharmacist Posts – AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has already given the green signal for these appointments. A total of 9,700 posts will be filled from specialist doctors to staff nurses to work in primary health centers within the medical education department, medical schools, social health centers, area hospitals, district hospitals and public health departments. Notification of these appointments will be issued by Nedo and Repo. Since 2010, no government has ever favored appointments in government hospitals. When the YSRCP government took over, it was reported that the government has taken a major step towards strengthening government hospitals. Under the Department of Medical Education, 15 new medical colleges, today – as part of today’s hospital renovation and construction of new buildings.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర వైద్య ఆరోగ్య శాఖలో గత పదేళ్లలో ఎప్పుడూ లేని విధంగా ఒకే నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా 9,700 పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు.
ఈ నియామకాలకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి ఇప్పటికే గ్రీన్‌సిగ్నల్ ఇచ్చారు. వైద్య విద్యా శాఖలో.. బోధనాస్పత్రులు, వైద్య విధాన పరిషత్‌లో.. సామాజిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రాలు, ఏరియా ఆస్పత్రులు, జిల్లా ఆస్పత్రులు, ప్రజారోగ్య శాఖ పరిధిలో.. ప్రాథమిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రాల్లో పనిచేసేందుకు స్పెషలిస్టు డాక్టర్ల నుంచి స్టాఫ్ నర్సుల వరకు మొత్తం 9,700 పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేస్తారు. ఈ నియామకాల నోటిఫికేషన్‌ను నేడో, రేపో జారీ చేయనున్నారు. 2010 నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు ఏ ప్రభుత్వం కూడా ప్రభుత్వాస్పత్రుల్లో నియామకాలకు ఎప్పుడూ మొగ్గుచూపలేదు. వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ ప్రభుత్వం పగ్గాలు చేపట్టాక ప్రభుత్వాస్పత్రుల బలోపేతం కోసం పెద్ద ఎత్తున చర్యలు చేపట్టిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. వైద్య విద్యాశాఖ పరిధిలో 15 కొత్త వైద్య కళాశాలలు, నాడు-నేడులో భాగంగా ఆస్పత్రి భవనాల పునర్నిర్మాణం, కొత్త భవనాల నిర్మాణం వంటి పలు కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టింది.
మూడేళ్ల ప్రొబేషనరీ..

1. ఎంపికై న వైద్యులు మూడేళ్ల పాటు ప్రొబేషనరీ పీరియడ్‌లో ఉంటారు. ఆ తర్వాత వారి సర్వీస్ రెగ్యులర్ అవుతుంది.
2. కొత్తగా ఎంపికయ్యే వైద్యుల ప్రైవేటు ప్రాక్టీసుకు అనుమతి లేదు. బేసిక్ శాలరీలో 15 శాతం ఎన్‌పీఏ (నాన్ ప్రాక్టీసింగ్ అలవెన్స్) ఇస్తారు.
3. ఎంపికై న వైద్యులు, స్టాఫ్ నర్సులు, పారామెడికల్ సిబ్బంది ఒక ఏడాది విధిగా గిరిజన ఏజెన్సీ ప్రాంతాల్లో పనిచేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
4. వైద్యులు, కొన్ని విభాగాల్లో స్టాఫ్ నర్సులు, పరిపాలనా సిబ్బందిని మాత్రమే రెగ్యులర్ ప్రాతిపదికన నియమిస్తారు.
5. ల్యాబ్ టెక్నీషియన్, ఫార్మసిస్ట్, డెంటల్ అసిస్టెంట్ వంటి మిగతా పోస్టులను కాంట్రాక్ట్ పద్ధతిలో భర్తీ చేస్తారు.
